Milam runs Wilmington, North Carolina-based Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, which has approximately 800 agents who do nearly $7 billion in annual sales. In 2023, the firm acquired Washington, D.C.-area Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty. Milam purchased Sea Coast Advantage with his brother in 1997.
