In her leadership role at Anywhere Brands, Yannaccone oversees operations for the industry’s largest real estate group of franchise brands, which includes Coldwell Banker, includes Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Corcoran Group, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty.

Her domain includes all of Anywhere Real Estate’s brokerage, Anywhere Advisors, which ranks as the US’s second largest brokerage by annual sales volume with over 56,000 agents. Including her franchise oversight, she oversees 186,000 U.S. agents at franchised and company-owned offices who do over $500 billion in sales.

As the No. 2 to Anywhere President and CEO Ryan Schneider, her leadership has helped execute on Anywhere’s established focus on financial efficiency and streamlining business operations. This has resulted in profitable second and third quarters for Anywhere in 2024, and an overall upward outlook for the company heading into 2025 despite a challenging market.

A long-time advocate for women leaders in real estate, Yannaccone continues to lead in this domain, with a message of tangible action and follow through rather than promises. She has also used her position to champion Anywhere’s recommendations to NAR related to the Clear Cooperation Policy.
