Mike Pappas oversees Florida’s largest independently owned brokerage with more than 3,500 agents who do over $7.5 billion in annual sales. The family-owned brokerage first launched in 1926 and is now under its fourth generation of family leadership. Mike’s daughter, Christina, who joined the company as an agent in 2011, became president in 2023. The firm settled the Gibson-Umpa commissions case in 2024 and moved on to add more than 300 agents with the acquisition of Coral Shores Realty.
