Cowen leads the nation’s third largest MLS in Stellar MLS, which serves over 80,500 subscribers in Florida and Puerto Rico. In 2023, Stellar developed a data share agreement with Alabama’s Gulf Coast MLS and Georgia’s First MLS. She is a current director and twice past president of the Council of MLS (CMLS) and is dean of the CMLX certification program.
