Israel oversees DEI initiatives at Keller Williams Realty. Her role involves training and coaching leaders, team members, and agents to recognize and address diversity. Additionally, she chairs KW’s social equity task force and is on the company’s internal DEI committee. She is also a member of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee of the National Association of Realtors.
