Donny Samson leads the brokerage his father, Danny, founded in Chantilly, Virginia, in 1986. The firm has nearly 5,500 agents across 34 offices in the mid-Atlantic region who do over $8.5 billion in annual sales. Donny took on the role of CEO in 2019 after serving as chief operating officer for three years. In 2023, the firm expanded with new offices added in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland.
